Everybody feels unmotivated even the fittest person you can imagine. To be very honest, I personally experienced this so many times. But what next? Should you let yourself remain hopeless and unmotivated? No, because your body needs more energy, power and motivation to live. People love to watch motivational speeches and inspirational stories of other people but with the passage of time, the motivation you gained never remains in you all the time. If you want to see yourself motivated you must do something practically rather than screening, you will automatically get motivated.

Now you don’t need to dig more for better strategies. Here are the best practical tricks that will make you able to remain motivated all the time.

1. Do chores at home

Yes, I am not kidding, just give it a try. When you feel depressed or unmotivated and are not in a state of doing something of your business or work, this helps. This makes sure that at least you are not useless or wasting your time. Helping your mother in home chores and doing little things gives you a break from your boring routine.

2. Give time to yourself

Realize who you are, giving some time to yourself. We often get lost in screening and scrolling when we are free. But again, the same thing this is not practical. Try to limit your screening time and remind yourself that you will not remain the same all the time physically or mentally. Do some exercise, drink plenty of water and start to do what you have left undone due to lack of motivation.

3. Always remember your goals in every situation

Set some goals and remember your goals wherever you go. This keeps you on a track and won’t let to get distracted. Do one little thing in your progress and you will slowly see you are extending these goals in time. Be an actor of your life who makes an action and makes things happen not a dreamer.

4. Be kind to yourself

Lack of self-motivation exerts a force on you to take actions and major risks in your life which may even destroy you mentally. And in simple words this is not normal. Be kind to yourself. Don’t hit yourself hard for little worldly worries. Take some rest if you are tired. Eat well, not to get overweight but for the nourishment of your brain and functioning of your body. Take care of your body and yourself physically as well this will give ability to stick to your goals as you will feel lighter due to everyday physical care.

5. Pray in silence

Agree? I do and I believe. Because your lord can see and hear you anywhere. There is no need to go to a temple, mosque, church or any other praying place. If you are going through hard times in your life and feel hopeless and unmotivated, talk to your lord in silence. Cry while praying if things are not going well rather than blaming yourself or others for the situation. All this will make you feel lighter, give you courage and makes you more open and acceptable to face the race and challenges of life.
